Apple Pie



Pie Crust (Top) - Tenderflake frozen puff pastry dough (thawed overnight in fridge)
Pie Crust (Bottom) - Tenderflake frozen pie crust.
Filling - Following any pie filling recipe...I used 1.5 apples for this pie.
1/4 cup milk

1. Pre-bake the bottom pie crust as according to the box instructions.
2. Prepare pie filling.
3. Roll puff pastry dough on floured surface.
4. Cut 3/4 inch size strips and waive into a net.
5. Put pie filling in the prepared pie crust.
6. Curl the upper crust onto the rolling pin and roll on top on the pie.
7. Brush the pie with milk and bake in a 350F oven for 45 minutes.
