Duck in a Can
Description (If I could remember correctly)
Duck breast wrapped foie gras braised in a can with diced veg, bacon/pork belly cubes, and reduced balsamic vinegar gravy? All of this then reverted on a nice crisp bread with melted cheese.
Verdict
DELICIOUS but a bit too salty to eat up the last bit.
