Blueberry Pancakes with blueberry relish, maple butter sauce, and a touch of confection sugar
Verdict
Very appealing but taste was average. It had a strange sweetness which gave off a strong filling sensation. The blueberry topping was over the edge and would be better without it. I feel it needs a touch of citrus taste to balance everything together (perhaps lemon zest?).
