Tofu & Crab Steamed Eggs


Tofu & Crab Steamed Eggs
Soft tofu and crab meat steamed in scrabbled eggs.

Recipe

1. Thoroughly whisk 3 large eggs.
2. Slowly whisk in 3/4 cup of warm water and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
3. Pour eggs into shallow bowl, preferably with a flat base.
4. Add in slices of soft tofu and imitation crab meat.
5. Steam for 12 minutes if the plate has a flat base and 18 plus minutes for round base.
6. Garnished with fresh scallions and Maggi seasoning sauce (optional).
