Went to T&T this weekend and guess what I found? Mochi Bread! Yea, Mochi Bread in Toronto. I've been wanting to try this for so long...especially after reading some many raves about it. Guess I am in luck.
How was it? It was 'okay'...almost like eating a bread-looking glutinous rice ball. It was cold and didn't have a crispy shell. I had to re-heat it in the toaster oven. Might taste better if it's a salty bread...like croissants?
