King Oyster Mushroom on Bak Choy


King Oyster Mushroom
Sauteed with mined garlic, a pinch of sugar, pinch of white pepper, less of a tablespoon of soy sauce, and a teaspoon of oyster sauce.

Bak Choy
Boiled to a light crisp.
