Miso Marinated Cod

Miso Marinated Cod
White cod fish marinated in white miso served on a bed of garlic stir fried baby bak choy and scented rice

Ingredients
4 to 5 tbsp of white miso paste
3 to 4 tbsp of rice wine vinegar
2 tbsp of low sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp of sugar
Water to thin out the marinate if it gets too thick

1. Combine all ingredients to form a paste.
2. If the paste is too thick, add water to thin it out.
3. Choose your favourite white fish (cod or bass) and dress it with the paste.
4. Marinate in the fridge for THREE whole days (trust me, I tried it for one day and the favouring didn't sink in enough).
5. Rinse off the paste and pat dry the fish (remember to rinse because the paste is very salty).
6. Bake the fish at 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes depending on size.
