Stir Fried Cabbage

Stir Fried Cabbage
Pan seared with garlic and seasoned lightly

Ingredients

2 lbs cabbage, chopped to 1 cm shreds
2 cloves of garlic, smashed
2 to 3 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 tsp sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tsp chicken stock powder in 2 tbsp water
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce

1. With a searing pan, heat up oil and lightly fry up the garlic (high heat).
2. Next add the cabbage, sprinkle sugar, salt and continue stir frying until there are some shrinkage.
3. Reduce to medium heat and add chicken stock, soy sauce and oyster sauce.
4. Keep on tossing and cooking until the cabbage has reduced.
5. Cook to your desired tenderness and serve.
